We highly recommand our clients book an outside catering service at least 10 days in advance. For holidays and speical days like x’mas during the peak season, we always recommand our clients to reach out to us as soon as possible to secure your booking.
Our catering service covers for coperate dining, cocktail receiption, wedding ceremonies, private celebrations in any venue from event spaces, shops, offices to yacht and private houses.
Yes, simply let our sales representatives know and we can always accomdate your dietary requests.
We are happy to offer tasting session at the client’s cost for eligible outside catering service with minimum requirements of spending and event scale. Please contact our sales representatives for more details.

Once we have accepted your order, our team will issue an invoice for you.
For delivery orders, it is required to pay in full. As for outside catering service, we will take payment with an “8-2” approach, which we take 80% of deposit upon confirmation of booking for catering serviceand final payment (20% plus extra charge should occurred) upon completion of the service.
Please note that we only take payment by bank transfer, and credit card (4% surcharge applies). 

There is no minimum guest count requirement. However, there is a minimum spending of HKD$15,000 for each outside catering service.
Yes, normally for any outside catering service, we would provide at least ONE service manager and ONE server.
Yes, we will make at least ONE site visit to the event venue by our service manager for outside catering services. Please feel free to discuss with our service manager for event coordination and other event management supports.
Increment weather conditions may impact the provision of outside catering services. In the event of bad weather, Food Foundry reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the catering services to ensure the safety of guests, staff and the successful execution of the event. In the event of typhoon signal 8 (and above), black rainstorm or extreme weather condition that is officially announced by the HKGOV, the client is eligible to propose an alternative day for the service within ONE month of the original service date of this proposal, subject to availability of Food Foundry. Any additional costs incurred as a result of the adjustment shall be the responsibility of the client. No refund will be arranged for event cancellation due to bad weather.
As much we would break-down all the neccessary costs in your catering service proposal, there would be extra costs may incur during and after the event e.g. staff OT rates caused by event overrun, extra transportation costs due to logistic limitation.

Our team normally arrives a several hours in advance to the actual service for setup and preperations. Service rundown will also be detailly listed in our proposal.​
We are open to let our clients to customize our menu and packages, for latest package and offers, please contact our sales representatives.
Client must notify Food Foundry immediately should decided to cancel the catering service. Cancellation must be notified to us initialed by e-mail or written notice to one of our sales representatives. Cancellation will be treated as confirmed only after we have sent out a written or e-mail confirmation of our acceptance to the client. In the event of cancellation by the client, a 50% fee will be charged for cancellation made 21days prior to the event, or 100% fee will be changed within 7 days prior to event day, determined by the total quoted price in this proposal.
